In the end the controller is more comfortable. Will it be harder for me to play DS3 with controller? Its the other way around, Dark Souls and most other cross plattform title are meant to be played with controller while on keyboard+mouse some commands are way more difficult to execute because the button mapping is spread across the keyboard or you need more finger for example moving (WASD ~3 fingers + little finger Shift for slow moving vs left stick which only needs the thumb).
